Start each level by driving to the first bus stop. When you see the parking space marked with the red arrow, pull in and park. Then continue your route and park at two more bus stops. Drive carefully without keeping the passengers waiting. To beat one level and unlock the next, you have to finish without wrecking the bus or running out of time.
