When customers pull up outside your lube shop, they’re counting on your automobile expertise to get their cars in and tuned up and back on the road fast. Start with a small shop that only changes brake fluid. Get in the first car in line, drive it into the shop, park it in the indicated space and change the brake fluid. Don’t crash the customer’s car while you drive it. They’re paying you to fix it up, not wreck it. As you earn money for a job well done, improve your shop by making it bigger, adding services and upgrading existing areas of the shop.
