The police have decided to take care of cars that have been abandoned or parked illegally around the city. It's your job to drive the tow truck around, pick up the cars and bring them back to the police station. In each level, pull your tow truck out of the police station parking lot and follow the arrow to the first car. Park in front of it to hitch it to your truck. Then go back to the police station, park the car in the designated parking space and park your truck. Do this in under three minutes to beat the level, and don't crash too many times or you'll wreck the truck and have to try again.
