Some people think the rules don't apply to them, and they leave their cars parked in dangerous and annoying places around Los Angeles. Don't let them get away with it! Drive around the city in your tow truck and remove the improperly parked cars to safer places. In each level, drive your tow truck to the highlighted car and back up so you can hitch the car to the truck. Once the car is all hitched up, take it to the indicated parking space and unhitch it. Watch out for traffic and obstacles and don't take too long. Beat each level by moving and parking the poorly-parked car without crashing or running out of time.
