You are the driver and operator of a semi-truck and trailer, and you are in charge of every step involved in making a delivery. Because you are in charge of so many things, this game requires a variety of skills. You have to know how to drive and park the truck with and without the trailer, and operate the crane. Watch out for obstacles while driving. If you crash, you lose health points, and if you run out, you lose the level. Of course, your customers wouldn't want you to damage the boxes you're delivering either, so be careful when you're loading up your truck. Your customers need their supplies on time to do their business, so you are being timed. If you get the job done faster you get a higher score when you beat a level.
